Where we ship
We ship orders to all U.S. states and territories, including APO/FPO addresses, as well as to more than 200 other countries and regions. For more information on international shipping, please visit our International Shipping page.
Shipping within the Contiguous United States

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday–Friday) only, excluding U.S. and company-observed holidays.
If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in processing and delivery of your order.
Expedited orders placed after 9 a.m. PST may not ship until the following business day and may not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and we are not responsible for any unanticipated delays.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

We are unable to guarantee Economy Express for all addresses in Alaska or Hawaii. Carrier availability to remote addresses may be limited. If we are notified by the carrier that they are unable to expedite to your address, your order will be shipped via U.S. Economy.
Processing and Status
Please review and confirm your shipping address before submitting your order. Once your order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed or modified.
If an invalid address is provided, there may be a delay in processing and delivering your order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email providing your tracking number and carrier information. You may also track your order here.
Orders Arriving in Multiple Shipments
Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not ship on the same day. If your order is sent in multiple shipments, your payment method will be charged separately for each shipment. Pre-order items will be shipped separately on or around the estimated delivery date stated at the time of purchase.
Ground-Only Shipping Restrictions
Certain items such as fragrances and other alcohol-based products may be considered restricted or hazardous and are restricted from air transport. As required by U.S. regulation, these items are eligible for ground-only shipping and cannot be shipped by air.
We regret that we are not able to ship specialty/restricted items to the following destinations:
- P.O. Box, APO, FPO, DPO, or Military addresses
- Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories
- International Countries

Please note: Due to current restrictions with our partner carriers, we are unable to ship to all countries globally. If your country is not shown when selecting the globe icon at checkout, shipping is currently unavailable.

International customers can now browse and shop our website in their local currency by selecting their country from the dropdown menu in the main navigation.
Shipping Fees & Import Charges
We offer Express Global Shipping via DHL for all international orders. Shipping fee amounts may vary by destination country.
For orders going to the United Kingdom, European Union, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand, all prices shown are inclusive of import duties and taxes.
For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
Note: Any inspections, additional fees applied and the release of your package are beyond our control; should you decide not to prepay your taxes during checkout, you may incur additional charges.
